After a month of use I can say that I have noticed it. It has given me a plus in training and although I had never trained so hard I do notice a better performance in training and a good recovery. I take one in the morning and one at night.
Tras un mes de uso puedo decir que lo he notado. Me ha dado un plus en los entrenamientos y aunque nunca había entrenado tan duro sí noto un mayor rendimiento en los entrenamientos y una buena recuperación. Tomo una por la mañana y otra por la noche.

Good help, better than I expected
After 6 weeks of taking it, I can already evaluate it. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. I am quite skeptical with this type of supplements but in this case I have to say that it has been a good help in my current definition stage. Logically it does not work miracles if it is not accompanied by proper diet and training, but it has helped me not to lose strength during training and to maintain muscle mass in better condition.
Después de 6 semanas tomándolo ya puedo valorarlo. He de decir que me ha sorprendido gratamente. Soy bastante escéptica con este tipo de suplementos pero en este caso he de decir que ha sido una buena ayuda en mi etapa de definición actual. Lógicamente no hace milagros si no se acompaña de dieta y entreno adecuados, pero a mí me ha ayudado a no perder fuerza durante los entrenos y a mantener la masa muscular en mejores condiciones.
