After reading and researching about Ecdysterone I decided to try it. The delivery was fast and the packaging excellent. I take two capsules daily, breakfast and dinner. The product is great and it really works: in about one month of use I reduced my fat mass percentage from 12.6% to 12% and increased my muscle mass by about 1kg, keeping the same lifestyle and training. The product is fantastic but not miraculous because the basis of these gains are 6 hypertrophy workouts per week, on the rest day walking slowly from 14km to 17km, 8 to 9 hours of sleep daily, super clean diet (whole food plant based without any processed food and oils), meditation for stress control 10 minutes daily and no cheat days. So I see the true potential of this product and it pays off the return on investment. Yes, I was also already taking other supplements like soy/pea protein, creatine, multivitamins, ashwaganda, vitamin D3 and B12 when I started Evosterone. Bottom line, a top product that is not necessary to cycle and is already an indispensable part of my portfolio. I recommend it to anyone who already has a strong commitment to a healthy lifestyle and wants to increase gains while staying natural.

O produto é ótimo e de facto resulta: em cerca de um mês de utilização reduzi a percentagem de massa gorda de 12,6% para 12% e aumentei a massa muscular em cerca de 1kg, mantendo o mesmo estilo de vida e treino. O produto é fantástico mas não é milagroso porque na base destes ganhos estão 6 treinos de hipertrofia por semana, no dia de descanso caminhada lenta de 14km a 17km, 8 a 9 horas de sono diárias, alimentação super limpa (whole food plant based sem qualquer comida processada e óleos), meditação para controlo de stress 10 minutos diários e sem cheat days. Assim vejo o verdadeiro potencial deste produto e compensa o retorno do investimento. Sim, também já tomava outros suplementos como proteína de soja/ervilha, creatina, multivitaminas, ashwaganda, vitamina D3 e B12 quando iniciei a Evosterone. Conclusão, um produto top que não é necessário ciclar e que já faz parte indispensável do meu portefólio. Recomendo a todos aqueles que já têm um forte compromisso com um estilo de vida saudável e querem aumentar os ganhos, mantendo-se naturais.
