Quite surprised with the results. Since I started taking it I have continued to improve in my gym workouts despite not being able to follow the schedule 100% due to work and other commitments. After two weeks or so was when I began to notice that small steady improvement (nothing excessive, this is not a panacea). Of course I can not directly relate this improvement to ecdysterone alone but so far I'm happy.

A partir de las dos semanas mas o menos fue cuando empecé a notar esa pequeña mejoría constante (nada excesivo, esto no es la panacea).
