I only tested it for 30 days, but I had the feeling that there was a small positive effect. The pills are not large, which makes them easier to take.

I let myself be advised and it is the first time I take this product and it has surprised me more than expected. I've been taking it for 7 weeks and to say that for being in summer and not having a surplus in food in addition to maintaining muscle mass I would say that I have gained because my fat percentage is lower and I find myself bigger with the scale at the same weight, more strength, better recovery!
Me deje aconsejar y es la primera vez que tomo este producto y me ha sorprendido más de lo esperado. Lo llevo tomando 7 semanas y decir que para estar en verano y no tener un superávit en alimentación además de mantener la masa muscular diría que he ganado pues mi porcentaje de grasa es menor y me encuentro más grande con la báscula en mismo peso, más fuerza, mejor recuperación!

You have to adjust a balanced diet if you eat like a boar you can't expect to have miracles, great product to increase concetration and cue in physical strength to be combined with lots of sports and healthy food.

Not the best option to take ecdysterone
There really is a problem with this supplement and that is that the daily dose is 50mg and the recommended dose in studies is 5mg per kg of body weight, the big problem is that having 10mg of zinc in the daily dose if I wanted to take the amount needed for my weight I would be overdosing with zinc, I really would not buy it again, it has too little ecdysterone and too much zinc.
Realmente hay un problema con este suplemento y es que la dosis diaria es de 50mg y la recomendada en estudios es de 5mg por kg de peso corporal, el gran problema es que al tener 10mg de zinc en la dosis diaria si quisiera tomar la cantidad necesaria para mi peso me estaría sobredosificando con zinc, realmente no lo volvería a comprar, tiene muy poca ecdisterona y demasiado zinc.
