Not the best option to take ecdysterone
There really is a problem with this supplement and that is that the daily dose is 50mg and the recommended dose in studies is 5mg per kg of body weight, the big problem is that having 10mg of zinc in the daily dose if I wanted to take the amount needed for my weight I would be overdosing with zinc, I really would not buy it again, it has too little ecdysterone and too much zinc.
Realmente hay un problema con este suplemento y es que la dosis diaria es de 50mg y la recomendada en estudios es de 5mg por kg de peso corporal, el gran problema es que al tener 10mg de zinc en la dosis diaria si quisiera tomar la cantidad necesaria para mi peso me estaría sobredosificando con zinc, realmente no lo volvería a comprar, tiene muy poca ecdisterona y demasiado zinc.
