Seems to work
I have been taking it for almost 2 weeks together with Evoepic and I have noticed an improvement in recovery after exercise. Physically I have not noticed any changes yet.

I've been taking it for a couple of weeks in calorie deficit, and so far I haven't noticed any loss of strength. I do not know how much merit I can attribute to this product because it is still early, hence my medium-high score on effectiveness. A priori it has studies that support it, we will see how it goes in the medium-long term.
Llevo un par de semanas tomandolo en deficit calorico, y de momento no he notado que haya perdido fuerza. No sé cuanto mérito puedo atribuirle a este producto porque aun es temprano, de ahi mi puntuación media-alta en la efectividad.
