Be patient.
There are several factors to understand when starting ecdysterone. First and foremost: it's not magic. You're not going to gain 10 pounds of muscle a month, nor are you going to break your marks in strength every session. But it works, it really does. I'm on my 9th week and I assure you it works. More muscle, more strength and better recovery between sessions. Have the right expectations.
