I can't say it's effective because it's hard to measure what it does. But I can say that I have been taking it in my volume stage and I imagine that within all that it has entailed it has helped me. Now in the definition stage I'm keeping it.

I haven't noticed any differences yet, but I think it will be a while before I do. The supposed advantages are immense, so there's nothing like insisting a little longer to test it out. For the price it costs nothing to try and test.
