Since there is no caffeine, you don't feel that spark that pre-workouts give you, the good thing is that there are no more sleeping problems. The blackcurrant flavor is not so bad, you just have to get used to it.
Al no tener cafeína no se nota esa chispa que te dan los preentrenos, lo bueno es que ya no hay problemas para dormir. El sabor grosella negra no es tan malo, hay que acostumbrarse.

I bought the Cola flavor, because I thought it would be similar to EvoRDX, but I am not able to swallow the whole mixture, it is too bad, I bought the pack of 8 doses (150g), I have taken two and I will have to throw the rest away. As for its effectiveness, I have not noticed an improvement over EvoRDX, although this one is even more expensive. I do not recommend it
Compré el sabor Cola, porque pensé que sería parecido al EvoRDX, pero no soy capaz de tragarme toda la mezcla, está demasiado malo, compré el paquete de 8 dosis (150g), me he tomado dos y voy a tener que tirar lo demás. En cuanto a su efectividad, no he notado una mejora respecto al EvoRDX, aunque este es más caro todavía.

Very good
It's one of the few that has sodium and potassium bicarbonate, it's one of the few things, along with creatine caffeine and alanine, that has been proven to work The packaging is very good because it has easy closure, or whatever it's called. The taste...anything with bicarbonates is not easy to swallow, but as I say, it works.

El envase está muy bien porque tiene cierre fácil, o como se llame.
El sabor... cualquier cosa con bicarbonatos no es fácil de tragar, pero como ya digo, funciona.

It works very well as a caffeine-free pre-workout, but I didn't like the peach tea flavor at all, it leaves a weird texture and repeats a lot.
Funciona muy bien como preentreno sin cafeína, pero el sabor de té de melocotón no me ha gustado nada deja una textura rara y repite mucho
