Interesting pre-training
I picked it up out of curiosity and to have a caffeine-free pre and ended up buying the large pack. The very sweet blackcurrant flavor is not my favorite but it drinks well. It contains creatine and certainly gives you a boost I tried it for sprint series and the workout was great The format is very good to have a sachet at work for example.

It has been bad for me
I had tremendous diarrhea an hour and a half after taking the product the first day. I tried a second one in case I had nothing to do with it, and it was even worse. Cramps after 20 minutes and diarrhea that logically prevented me from training. I have been taking supplements all my life and this is without a doubt the one that has been the worst for me. I do not recommend it
Tuve unas diarreas tremendas a la hora y media de haber tomado el producto el primer día. Probé un segundo por si no tenía que ver, e incluso peor. Retortijones a los 20 minutos y diarreas que lógicamente me impidieron entrenar. Llevo toda mi vida tomando suplementos y este sin duda alguna es el que peor me ha sentado. No lo recomiendo
