I wanted a pre-workout for the evening since taking caffeine makes me stay up well into the early hours of the morning tossing and turning without sleeping and I decided for this one does not give you that crazy effect that gives you a pre-workout with caffeine but it gives you energy and focus to complete your training routine or match as in my case and then comes the night and sleeps perfectly highly recommended for those who want to train well in the evening without caffeine.

Good pre-workout without caffeine
Flavor: Blackcurrant, very good. I was looking for a pre-workout without stimulants to discharge caffeine or to take in the afternoon / evening and not affect sleep. I notice the same as with the other pre-workout (C4) but without the load of stimulants, highly highly recommended.
Sabor: Grosella negra, buenísimo.
Buscaba un pre-entreno sin estimulantes para hacer descarga de cafeína o para tomar por la tarde/noche y que no afectara al sueño.

Good option without caffeine
For those of us who train late it is a good option for not using caffeine before going to sleep. You don't notice the sparkle as with other pre-workouts but that's normal. The cola flavor did not convince me, I prefer blackcurrant which is more acidic.

Does not make you nervous
Since it does not contain caffeine, it does not make you as nervous as other pre-workouts. The peach flavor may be too sweet, so it is better with very cold water.
