Very good lemon flavor. I use it to cover the daily amount of carbohydrates when I have training and with the food that day I do not get there. Perhaps it costs something to dissolve, compared to a protein shake but keep in mind that the portion is larger, you shake a little more and it is very good.

Ideal for increasing carbohydrate intake without adding sugar to your body, I have not tried this flavor but the cola is fine, especially if you combine it with Evoclear Hydro of the same flavor. Ideal para incrementar la ingesta de carbohidratos sin añadir azúcar a tu cuerpo, este sabor no lo he probado pero el de cola está bien, sobretodo si lo combinas con Evoclear Hydro del mismo sabor. Textura arenosa y tienes que remover antes de cada toma, aporta extra de energía mientras entrenas, no recomiendo hacer batidos muy grandes ya que cuesta un poco de tomar.
