Very good result

Watermelon flavor highly recommended, it is not at all a heavy taste, nor tedious. On the other hand, during the training the effect is noticed in the necessary way, therefore, I recommend it.

Sabor de sandia muy recomendable, para nada es un sabor pesado, ni tedioso. Por otra parte, durante el entreno se nota el efecto en la manera necesaria, por lo tanto, lo recomiendo.

Good

Well used it gives you a plus of energy which can make your workouts more intense, it dissolves well, without lumps, but it accumulates at rest at the bottom of the bottle and you have to go shaking at each swallow. I noticed some heartburn in aerobic exercises or abdominal work, but I think it was because I'm not used to using intra-workout. Anyway, next time I will ask for fructose.

Bien utilizada te da un plus de energía el cual puede hacer más intensos tus entrenos, se disuelve bien, sin grumo, pero se acumula al estar en reposo al fondo de la botella y tienes que ir batiendo a cada trago. Noté algo de ardor de estómago en ejercicios aeróbicos o en trabajo abdominal, pero creo que fue por no estar acostumbrado a utilizar intraentreno. De todas formas para la próxima pediré fructosa.

Impossible to dilute

The cherry flavor does not dilute well, I pour a scoop in a water bottle for the bike and no matter how much I shake it always stays down, I will continue to use Vitargo when it is available

El sabor cereza no diluye bien, echo un cacito en un botellín de agua para la bici y por más que se agita siempre se queda abajo, seguiré usando Vitargo cuando lo haya disponible
