To sleep
It is a very high ratio that is indicated for sleep. You immediately become drowsy and if you top it off with melatonin even more. At first I took it during a period when I did not get enough sleep and it worked well, but then I stopped taking it because I personally felt the urge to urinate during the night, I guess because of the release of cortisol from the adrenal glands.
Es una ratio muy elevada que está indicada para dormir. Enseguida te entra la somnolencia y si lo rematas con melatonina aún más. En un principio lo tomé en un periodo en el que no dormía lo suficiente y me fue bien, pero luego lo dejé porque a mí personalmente me entraba muchas ganas de orinar durante la noche, supongo por la liberación de cortisol de las suprarrenales.

Great supplement
Very good supplement for daily use, especially to improve relaxation to go to sleep and rest better. The truth is that not taking it is noticeable. The only thing I would change would be the encapsulation and put it in tablets.
Muy buen suplemento para uso diario, sobretodo para mejorar la relajación para ir a dormir y poder descansar mejor. La verdad que no tomarlo se nota. Lo único que cambiaria seria el encapsulado y lo pondría en tabletas.
