I started taking it because of the comments I read, just to try it. With the first or second dose I felt more lively and happy, without creating anxiety or making me sleepy. I recommended it to my parents, and on the first day they noticed the same improvements. My brother says he doesn't notice anything, but well, each person is different.

I sleep better
