It has a potency that I have not seen yet in the market (40:1) 240mg. To notice the effects you must consume it constantly for quite some time I would say, but once a few weeks pass if you compare with how you were before at a cognitive level and general relaxation you notice a lot of difference. At the performance level I am not so sure either, I guess it depends on each one.
