A must in your cycling diet
I use them to recover after routes of about 2 hours, but when I do 3 hours or more I put them directly in the water bottles. It is noticeable in that you have more energy during the route and the lemon flavor is delicious! You take 10 mg a day dissolved in 200 ml of water (if you put it in the water bottle, it doesn't matter), so the kilo bag lasts a lot. Unbeatable price.

Tomas 10 mg al día disueltos en 200 ml de agua (si lo hechas en el bidón, pues ya no importa), así que la bolsa de kilo te dura una barbaridad.
