Not essential but it adds up
I use it because I got it as a gift with a large order, otherwise I do not know if I would buy it, but the truth is that in long sessions of strength training is something that adds up especially if you are in a caloric deficit. I don't know how effective it is, but for me at least on a mental level it gives me an extra boost on days when I have less energy in my training. The orange flavor is just right.
Lo uso porque me lo regalaron con un pedido grande, de otra forma no se si lo compraria, pero la verdad es que en sesiones largas de entrenamiento de fuerza es algo que suma sobre todo si estás en déficit calórico.
