For heavy training
I had tried them in tablets and the result had been very good, yes, somewhat large in size, but they break in two and that's it. In powder form they taste like medicine but the flavor is not unpleasant. As for performance, very good as in tablets. Recommended for hard workouts.
Las había probado en pastillas y el resultado había sido muy bueno, eso sí, de tamaños algo grande, pero se parten en dos y ya está. En polvo me saben como a medicamento pero no es desagradable el sabor. En cuanto al rendimiento, muy bueno igual que en pastillas. Recomendable para entrenos duros.
