I prefer magnesium citrate powder to capsules because it is absorbed more quickly. It has a neutral taste, so I dilute it in warm water and use it without any problems. Next time, I'll buy a bigger pack so that it lasts longer and is more beneficial!

Everything was excellent. The only drawback was, the packages then there is no way to close it. I had to put some clamps on it. You have to do something about that.
