I work at home for long hours and hardly see the sun. This supplement helps me, along with my diet, to keep my D3 at optimal levels, confirmed by blood tests. The K2 also helps me with my blood pressure by not depositing extra calcium in my arteries, although this is harder to prove, but there has been some improvement by reducing my medication.
