Vitamin D supplementation
I used to use vitamin D drink as a supplement but as soon as you stop taking it the levels drop, so now and thanks to the recommendation of my nutritionist I have switched to these pills.

It works
I work at home for long hours and hardly see the sun. This supplement helps me, along with my diet, to keep my D3 at optimal levels, confirmed by blood tests. The K2 also helps me with my blood pressure by not depositing extra calcium in my arteries, although this is harder to prove, but there has been some improvement by reducing my medication.
Trabajo en casa muchísimas horas y apenas veo el sol. Este suplemento me ayuda, junto con la dieta, a mantener la D3 en niveles óptimos, confirmados por analíticas. La K2 me ayuda también con la presión arterial al no depositar calcio de más en las arterias, aunque esto es más difícil de demostrar, pero alguna mejora sí que ha habido al reducir mi medicación.
