VERY GOOD
This is the second month that I am taking this supplement and I have to say that I am really liking it. It is super easy to take and my body accepts it well. I can not yet name changes or effectiveness as such because I consider that I need at least 3 months to see these changes but so far I am liking and serving me.

Se me hace super facil tomarlo y mi cuerpo lo acepta bien.

Very good combination
Vitamin D is undoubtedly necessary and beneficial and many of us tend to be somewhat deficient. Vitamin K has been somewhat undervalued, but it is responsible for directing calcium to the bones and avoiding calcifications in soft tissue and... decreases inflammation, it has been used in experimental therapies.

Better than separate
Before I used to buy vitamin D on one side and vitamin K on the other side, now I buy both together and I save a shot, great also in summer but especially in winter.
