Very good combination

Vitamin D is undoubtedly necessary and beneficial and many of us tend to be somewhat deficient. Vitamin K has been somewhat undervalued, but it is responsible for directing calcium to the bones and avoiding calcifications in soft tissue and... decreases inflammation, it has been used in experimental therapies.

Better than separate

Before I used to buy vitamin D on one side and vitamin K on the other side, now I buy both together and I save a shot, great also in summer but especially in winter.

Antes compraba por un lado la vitamina D y por otro lado la K, ahora compro ambas juntas y me ahorro una toma, estupenda también en verano pero sobre todo en invierno.

Good value for money

It is very well priced considering that it contains vit K necessary for the absorption of vit D. Necessary especially in the winter months when less sunshine is taken. I will continue to buy it from HSN.
