Very comfortable and provides b12
The most convenient way to recover. You can easily carry it with you and take it on the spot at the end of your workout, so it goes directly into the mitochondria. Large tablets, but you can break them. Vitamin B12 is a plus not usual in other presentations.
La manera más cómoda para recuperarte. Lo llevas encima fácilmente y lo tomas in situ al acabar el entrenamiento y así traspasa directamente la mitocondria.
Comprimidos grandes, pero los puedes partir. La vitamina B12 es un plus no habitual en otras presentaciones.

Great discovery
For me they have been a discovery. Better muscle recovery, less daily fatigue (due to fatigue, and due to the deficit being in definition...) and the increase in muscle mass is more noticeable. I'm happy, I've replenished the big bottle to continue taking it. I recommend it
Para mi han sido un descubrimiento. Mejor recuperación muscular, menos fatiga diaria (debido al cansancio, y por el déficit estando en definición...) y se nota más la subida de masa muscular.
