Very large capsules

The capsules are too large and uncomfortable to swallow even if you break them in half. I will buy the product again but in powder form.

I feel better if I take it at night after training. I only use two pills and it's amazing. More rested body and less stiffness.

I haven't noticed anything special

This is the reality, I have not noticed any improvement, but neither have I noticed anything negative (discomfort or adverse situations). I understand that if you have a vitamin deficiency you can do well, but with a good diet it would not be necessary to resort to this type of products in my opinion.

Es la realidad, no he notado mejora, pero tampoco algo negativo (malestar o situaciones adversas). Entiendo que si tienes déficit de vitaminas te podrá ir bien, pero con una buena alimentación no haría falta recurrir a este tipo de productos en mi opinión.
