I haven't noticed anything special
This is the reality, I have not noticed any improvement, but neither have I noticed anything negative (discomfort or adverse situations). I understand that if you have a vitamin deficiency you can do well, but with a good diet it would not be necessary to resort to this type of products in my opinion.
Es la realidad, no he notado mejora, pero tampoco algo negativo (malestar o situaciones adversas). Entiendo que si tienes déficit de vitaminas te podrá ir bien, pero con una buena alimentación no haría falta recurrir a este tipo de productos en mi opinión.

Correct but I prefer it in powder form
Product correct, but I prefer the powdered version even if you have to deal with the taste. Suitable for those who don't feel like going through the (literal) pain of taking it.

Great combination of amino acids and B vitamins (B6 and B12). Recommended. The tablet is a little big but you only have to take one a day.
