Help on long runs
Good alternative to gels in long duration and distance training and in marathon competitions. I usually use them in combination with gels when training. In the race I prefer gels because of their texture which is easier to take on the move.

My favorite format for cycling outings
What is expected of these bars is that they act as a revulsive to maintain the effort (in my case, cycling). It fulfills its function perfectly with a perfect taste and format. No stomach discomfort after ingestion during long distance races (6 bars for 175 kms of MTB). I recommend it.
Lo que se espera de esas barritas es que actúe de revulsivo para mantener el esfuerzo (en mi caso, ciclismo). Cumple su función perfectamente con un sabor y formato perfectos.
