The flavor is very tasty, I thought it was a bar but it is like a jelly bean, quite strange the first time I tried it but it is really effective.

They are the best I have tried
I love the gummy texture they have. They are great for training and during races, they are easy to take and are very well digested. They are great for intra-workout as well as for recovery.
