To reduce bad cholesterol
I have just started taking these capsules in addition to the Ultra Omega 3 capsules also from HSN. Together with healthy habits (sports, nutrition, etc), it is a good way to control bad cholesterol and, among other things, a good cardiovascular health. The capsules are easy to swallow.
