It works, and great value for money.
I have been taking it for two months, and my cholesterol has gone down. I have not noticed the side effects (muscle aches) that some of these supplements with monacolin K usually have, in that sense it is beneficial that it has Q10 in the composition. I don't know if it can be taken for a long time, and now I will wait to take a break and see if my cholesterol levels go back up.
Lo llevo tomando dos meses, y mi colesterol ha bajado. No he notado los efectos secundarios (dolores musculares) que algunos de estos suplementos con monacolina K suelen presentar, en ese sentido es beneficioso que lleve Q10 en la composición. No sé si se puede tomar durante mucho tiempo, y ahora esperaré para hacer un descanso y ver si los niveles de colesterol vuelven a subir.
