Quite effective

Effective supplement to regulate cholesterol and ease digestion
I received this supplement in its 30 capsule format as a gift corresponding to an order I placed with HSN. I usually take 1 capsule together with 1 tablet of HSN's enzyme supplement a little before meals due to the beneficial effect that both types of supplements have on the digestion process by facilitating digestion.
Recibí este suplemento en su formato de 30 cápsulas como regalo correspondiente a un pedido que hice con HSN. Suelo ingerir 1 cápsula junto a 1 comprimido del suplemento de enzimas de HSN un poco antes de las comdas debido al efecto beneficioso que tienen ambos tipos de suplementos en el proceso de digestión facilitando la misma.
