Cholesterol lowering
I am taking red rice yeast as the doctor recommended it for the natural lowering of cholesterol. Of the different options on the market, I opted for HSN's because it has a standardized monacolin %.

It helps a lot
I started taking the red rice yeast two months ago, I had 216 of cholesterol I lowered it to 182,the LDL never ever lowered me between 110 120 now I have 98,I can say that it really works,I am also taking the ultra omega 3 of hsn I had 347 of triglycerides and now 221 with which it also works but much more,it is true that it is still early and I have to lower more triglycerides.
Empecé a tomar la levadura de arroz rojo hace dos meses, tenía 216 de colesterol lo baje a 182,el LDL nunca jamás me bajaba de entre 110 120 ahora tengo 98,puedo decir que realmente funciona,también me estoy tomando el ultra omega 3 de hsn tenía 347 de triglicéridos y ahora 221 con lo cual también funciona pero mucho además,es cierto que aún es pronto y tengo que bajar más los triglicéridos
