What I expected

I recommend it as a substitute for sugar, it tastes sweet but without overdoing it. Much better than stevia or any other sweetener.

Perfect sweetener for cold preparations.
I really like this sweetener especially for sweetening milk, yogurts, puddings, etc (cold preparations). It is not so good for baking recipes as it turns bitter.

The best erythritol
I was just talking to someone else right now that it is the best Erythritol I have tried so far. It sweetens much more than other brands with less quantity and also dissolves better. It has become my go-to brand.
