Perfect sweetener
I really like this sweetener. Besides, I'm used to not having sweets and this one sweetens a little, but it's enough for me. And the best thing is that it has an almost zero glycemic index. It's great.

Good option to sweeten is very similar to sugar in granulated form, in my opinion it sweetens less than stevia and you should put more quantity but it is very good I will continue opting for this one.

Good sugar substitute
The best thing is the texture and volume it gives, especially to desserts; the worst thing is that it gives a cold sensation in the mouth when consumed in the final product, for example a sponge cake. It is, without a doubt, the best sugar substitute I have found.
