Magnesium is essential for many functions in the body and is unfortunately scarce due to today's chemical fertilizers. Both citrate and bisglycinate are among the most bioavailable. What I don't like about this citrate is the size of the tablets (for that it is better to take it in powder form). The dosage per tablet is very good and the price is very good.
El magnesio es imprescindible para muchísimas funciones en el cuerpo y desgraciadamente escasea por los abonos químicos de hoy en día. Tanto el citrato como el bisglicinato son de los más biodisponibles. Lo que no me gusta de este citrato es el tamaño de sus pastillas (para eso mejor tomarlo en polvo). La dosis por comprimido está muy bien y el precio muy bueno.

I always take magnesium before going to sleep. I chose this format to see if it was more convenient and I prefer powdered magnesium a thousand times, even if it is more annoying to swallow. This one didn't feel the same and having to take 2 capsules a day is not to my liking.
