I am never without it at home.

It has helped me a lot with my back pain. My doctor recommended it to me and I am amazed at the results. I also sleep much better now.

I would not repeat it

I always take magnesium before going to sleep. I chose this format to see if it was more convenient and I prefer powdered magnesium a thousand times, even if it is more annoying to swallow. This one didn't feel the same and having to take 2 capsules a day is not to my liking.

Siempre tomo magnesio antes de dormir. Elegí este formato para ver si era más cómodo y prefiero mil veces el magnesio en polvo, aunque sea más molesto de tragar. Este no me sentaba igual y tener que tomar 2 cápsulas al día no me gusta.

I use it at night. One pill after dinner. The bad thing is that it does not come in capsules, uncomfortable pills.
