Good products
I have tried others and honestly this one is very good. Despite having a flavor that is impossible not to have it is not as strong as others I've taken. It is very micronized and is easy to take if a single piece of root or nothing else, pure powder. I will buy it again since I tolerate the taste without any problem, spoon it in my mouth and water.

Good product but in my opinion better in capsules.
Ashwagandha is a great product, but in my opinion it is better to take it in capsules, it has a very strong flavor since it is the root of a plant, it works very well, but personally I prefer the capsule format for convenience when taking it. 100% recommended ashwagandha.

Tastes really bad

Improves stress and sleep quality.
Ashwagandha powder has been a great discovery. I take it at night mixed with a little vegetable milk and it helps me relax and rest better. I also notice less stress and more emotional stability. The taste is a bit bitter, but mixed it is well tolerated. Highly recommended.
La Ashwagandha en polvo ha sido un gran descubrimiento. La tomo por la noche mezclada con un poco de leche vegetal y me ayuda a relajarme y descansar mejor. También noto menos estrés y más estabilidad emocional. El sabor es un poco amargo, pero mezclado se tolera bien. Muy recomendable.

Good value for money
The only complaint is that the sachets in which the product comes open very little and when you put your hand with the dispenser you do not see how much you take and you fill your hand with powder, which is a little uncomfortable.
