An intermediate solution
It seems to me a good rice flour, and an alternative to the typical oat flour according to preferences and the time of the day and the use you are going to give it. In this case it is an intermediate solution between hydrolyzed rice flour (specially designed for use in smoothies) and cream of rice (for a denser use, as in porridges and creams). This in its case is more suitable for cooking as indicated, but well, being something intermediate in the end will depend on the amount of liquid you add as you want to use it for a task or another (hence its versatility), either to take it in shake (for example as part of the pre-workout or post-workout) or as spoon food (as part of breakfast).
Me parece una buena harina de arroz, y una alternativa a la típica harina de avena según preferencias y el momento del día y el uso que le vayas a dar. En este caso es una solución intermedia entre la harina de arroz hidrolizada(especialmente diseñada para su uso en batidos) y la crema de arroz(para un uso más denso, como en papillas y cremas). Ésta en su caso es más adecuada para cocinar como se indica, pero bueno, al ser algo intermedio al final dependerá de la cantidad de líquido que le agregues según quieras usarlo para un cometido u otro(de ahí su versatilidad),ya sea para tomarlo en batido(por ejemplo como parte del preentreno o postentreno) o como comida de cuchara(como parte del desayuno).
