I bought flour instead of rice cream to see if I noticed a difference. It is true that for a liquid shake it is not ideal because it takes time to dilute, but for creams with protein it is perfect, I bought it without flavor because the protein already has it.

It dissolves very well even though it is not hydrolyzed, it is rice, so it is good for most people, at least better than oatmeal which can be heavy.
