Good dissolution
It dissolves very well even though it is not hydrolyzed, it is rice, so it is good for most people, at least better than oatmeal which can be heavy.

Excellent product
This was without a doubt a very good purchase. I usually make my pancakes with oatmeal and now I use this flour and the texture is unbeatable, it mixes super easy, it helps a lot to complete the macros requirements in carbs. I loved it and I will continue to buy it!
