Just what I needed!
It's something I've been looking for for years. I always used oatmeal for smoothies because I was having trouble reaching my daily calories. Unfortunately, oatmeal has a high glycemic index and I got a lot of acne, plus it made a lot of lumps. With rice flour I get super liquid smoothies and gluten free. I am very happy, hopefully this will improve my acne and I will continue to reach my daily calories!
Es algo que llevaba buscando años. Siempre usaba harina de avena para batidos, ya que me costaba llegar a las calorías diarias. Lamentablemente, la avena tiene alto índice glucémico y me salía mucho acné, además hacia muchos grumos. Con la harina de arroz me salen batidos súper líquidos y encima sin gluten. Estoy muy contento, ¡ojala esto mejore mi acné y siga llegando a las calorías diarias!

Very good price and excellent for making recipes such as cakes, pancakes.... For porridge, it's best to pre-cook it so that it doesn't weigh down digestion, especially if you have digestive problems. Just add boiling water and leave to stand, it will cook quickly.
Muito bom preço e excelente para fazer receitas, como bolos, panquecas....
Para as papas convém pré-cozinhar para não pesar na digestão, isto para quem tem problemas digestivos.
Basta adicionar água a ferver e deixar repousar que coze rápido.
