The flakes are slightly ground, they are a little smaller than normal oat flakes and that makes them much less cloying when it comes to taking them. I will definitely buy them again.

These flakes are almost lightly ground. When I first bought them I thought they were going to be the usual fine flakes but they come much smaller. I use them to make pancakes or porridge. Fantastic value for money! I have bought them again and again.
