Good quality
Good quality whole grain oatmeal of easy digestion, as I have noticed that with other brands I feel heavier after ingestion. The only downside is the closure, for packages larger than 2 kg this type of closure is a bit cumbersome.
Avena integral de buena calidad de fácil digestión, ya que me he dado cuenta que con otra marcas me noto mas pesado después de su ingesta. El único pero es el cierre, para paquetes mas grandes de 2 kg este tipo de cierre se hace un pelín engorroso

Essential food

Too fine, it looks like it is crushed.
The only negative point is that although it says "fine" it looks more like a mixture between oat flakes and oatmeal. The quality of the product seems good (compared to others I have tried) and the bag in which it comes in is also of good quality and does not give the feeling that the product can spoil.
El único punto negativo es que aunque pone "finos" parece mas una mezcla entre copos de avena y harina de avena. La calidad del producto parece buena (comparado con otras que he probado) y la bolsa en la que viene también es de buena calidad y no da la sensación de que el producto se pueda estropear.
