I liked them. I thought I ordered them thick so I was a little disappointed to see the thin ones, but that was my fault. The product is 10. The fact that they are thick gives me more of a feeling of satiety so these, I ground them up and used them as flour for protein recipes.

Great tasting flakes
I like these flakes especially for their flavor, very different from those sold in supermarkets, the only downside is the price, they are somewhat more expensive than in the usual stores, but being able to buy formats of several kilos is extremely convenient for me.
