I took 2kg of evoegg protein with vanilla. They are excellent! I always buy on myproteine and nutrimuscle, it's finished. PS: I only buy when there are promotions otherwise it's too expensive,

This egg white protein is a good option, either to have an alternative to milk protein or to suffer from any intolerance to it, as well as specifically looking for a protein of medium rate of absorption rather than fast (whey) or slow (caseins).flavor is very good (I've tried vanilla) but it costs the dissolution in water and makes a lot of foam if you shake it, so it is more advisable to mix it with a spoon in a glass or similar, not to shake it in a shaker.
Esta proteína de clara de huevo es una buena opción, ya sea por tener una alternativa a la proteína láctea o por sufrir de alguna intolerancia a la misma, además de por buscar concretamente una proteína de ritmo medio de absorción en lugar de rápida(suero) o lenta(caseínas).De sabor está muy bien(vainilla he probado)pero le cuesta la disolución en agua y hace mucha espuma si la agitas, por lo que es más recomendable mezclarla con una cuchara en un vaso o similar, que no agitarla en un shaker
