It's as if you add cocoa powder to pasteurized egg whites, some peculiar proteins. You either love them or you don't, you notice a little more foam when you make it in a shaker, but for baking they are perfect. I drink them post-workout because they are better for me than milk or vegetable ones and I like their taste (plus they are quite clean).

I don't like eggs, but they are necessary, so these proteins are part of the solution, they don't taste like them. The chocolate flavor good and the strawberry fantastic. I will try the others soon.

What a discovery! I bought Caribbean vanilla, which has a very nice flavor, and strawberry, still unopened. For me who loves meringue, the fact that it tends to foam is a plus. I add water and whip it like egg whites and it is delicious. I also love the light egg white flavor. Only one downside: the percentage of salt is very high and I don't understand why they add sodium chloride.

Sólo una pega: el porcentaje de sal es muy alto y no entiendo por qué le añaden cloruro sódico.

Very good product, alternative to dairy intolerant. I have tried Caribbean vanilla, chocolate and white chocolate with lemon. All three are very tasty. I will try the strawberry and vanilla. As for solubility, it goes well with cold or lukewarm liquids, such as vegetable drink or water. I do not recommend it with very hot liquids because the albumin curdles. My top flavors are white chocolate and lemon and also chocolate.
Muy buen producto, alternativo a intolerantes a los lacteos. He probado vainilla caribeña, chocolate y choco blanco con limón. Los tres muy ricos. Probaré el de fresa y vainilla. En cuanto a solubilidad, va bien con líquidos frios o templados, como bebida vegetal o agua. No lo recomiendo con liquidos muy calientes pues la albumina se cuaja. Mi top sabor choco blaco y limón y tb chocolate.
