This egg white protein is a good option, either to have an alternative to milk protein or to suffer from any intolerance to it, as well as specifically looking for a protein of medium rate of absorption rather than fast (whey) or slow (caseins).flavor is very good (I've tried vanilla) but it costs the dissolution in water and makes a lot of foam if you shake it, so it is more advisable to mix it with a spoon in a glass or similar, not to shake it in a shaker.
