I recommend it. Low cost protein with a good balance of amino acids. Downsides: Difficult to dissolve and leaves a distinct soy taste in foods when added (I use the unflavored presentation).

Satisfactory value for money. The only bad thing is its solubility: it is necessary to add enough liquid, wait until it hydrates and shake vigorously to achieve partial dissolution, because after a while it separates phases. It is not possible to mix it simply with a spoon, you must put it in a closed bottle and shake it.
Relación-calidad precio satisfactoria. Lo único malo es su solubilidad: es necesario añadir suficiente liquido, esperar hasta que se hidrate y agitar vigorosamente para alcanzar que se disuelva parcialmente, porque al cabo de un tiempo se separa de fases. Monodose to try flavors, vanilla flavor, very good along with chocolate and strawberry are my preferences, it tastes like soft vanilla is not very powerful and I love that.

Chocolate and hazelnut bonbon and speculoos
I started buying soy protein because of lactose intolerance. I started with the speculoos, I had very high expectations and I was disappointed. I also tried the chocolate bonbon with hazelnuts and the truth is that I have already melted two 2kg jars, now I'm going for the third one. This last one is very good, with milk and water, pudding or liquid texture.
Empecé a comprar proteína de soja por la intolerancia a la lactosa. Empecé por la de speculoos, tenía las expectativas muy altas y me decepcionó. Probé también la de bombón de chocolate con avellanas y la verdad que ya me he fundido dos botes de 2kg, ahora voy a por el tercero. Esta última está muy buena, con leche y con agua, textura pudin o líquido.
