Good option

I have taken it to my mother who is lactose intolerant and it is quite good. It's thicker than whey but the unflavored one doesn't taste bad. I recommend it.

I prefer whey

It is the first time I tasted soy protein. Chocolate flavor. Little achieved, hardly any flavor compared to animal protein. Texture very dense, I almost got used to it, but I still find it easier to take the one of animal origin. For the price, it fulfills its function. I have remedied the above by adding more water and other ingredients.

Es la primera vez que probé proteína de soja. Sabor a chocolate. Poco conseguido, apenas tiene sabor en comparación con la proteína de origen animal. Textura muy densa, casi me he acostumbrado, pero aún así me resulta más fácil tomar la de origen animal. Por el precio, cumple su función. Yo he remediado lo anterior añadiendo más cantidad de agua y otros ingredientes.
