Good taste, dissolves well in water or milk. Better value for money than any other protein. Slow absorption, unlike whey proteins. The only negative point is the packaging, which sometimes the plastic seal of the bag can come off and no longer closes.

I don't usually leave reviews on products, but having tried the strawberry flavor, I felt the need to put on record that it is undoubtedly the best flavor in this range of soy protein products. I am allergic to milk, and have had many flavors and many types of protein other than whey (obviously) and I can assure you that it is the best flavor I have ever tasted.
