Large protein
Milk whey protein was not agreeable to me, so I decided to try the vegetable ones. Among them, soy protein is the most complete in terms of its aminogram, so that's the one I use. Its texture is a bit sandier than milk, but it is not unpleasant at all and dissolves very well. The taste of Mango with Matcha is amazing!
